Appleseed Personnel Services is interested in sending only the best employees to your business. Before being assigned to any position, Appleseed applicants are professionally interviewed. During the application process, Appleseed Personnel reviews the application and interviews the applicant. The initial interview gives us working knowledge of the applicant's skills and previous experience.
After the initial interview, Appleseed Personnel checks the applicant's references. We verify lengths of employment and positions. In addition, Appleseed requests feedback on the quality of work. We also offer free skill testing to every client. Appleseed stays in contact with our clients with first day checks ins and two week evaluations to ensure each client's complete satisfaction with our services.
