Montachusett Recovery Center (MRC)
MRF provides primary funding and oversight to MRC. MRF is a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit public charity. MRF’s Mission is to support the recovery community, and systems of care that are recovery oriented, throughout the Montachusett region by being an active element in creating, advancing, and protecting recovery initiatives that contribute to combating negative stigmas and promote equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging.

MRC’s Mission is to provide safe, compassionate, and judgement-free holistic recovery supports and services, promoting multiple pathways of self-directed and self-determined recovery, with an emphasis on approaches that are peer-centered, community-driven and trauma informed and that continually fosters choice, empowerment, and hope.

When Maedon bought the business in 1996, she did more than acquire a company. She carried forward a philosophy: staffing should be personal, local and rooted in real relationships.
We've always believed in walking the extra mile, whether that means meeting with a job seeker face to face, supporting local nonprofits or sticking with a client through staffing challenges big and small.
Over the past 40+ years, we've helped thousands of people across Worcester, Middlesex, and Franklin Counties find jobs that changed their lives – and we've built partnerships with local employers that have lasted for decades.
